Terms of Service

Last updated: February 2026

1. Who we are

Elitore (“Elitore”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is an initiative of UNC Collective, an entity incorporated in India. Elitore operates as a private travel curation and planning service for discerning travellers.

2. What we provide

Elitore prepares personalised, editorial travel dossiers — delivered as an HTML email and a downloadable PDF — based on a private questionnaire completed by the traveller and a planning fee paid to us. A dossier contains recommendations, a suggested day-by-day plan, descriptions of stays and experiences, and reference links a traveller may choose to use to execute their own bookings.

Elitore does not sell rooms, tickets, tours, transport or any other travel inventory. Elitore is not a booking platform, marketplace or online travel agent.

3. Planning fee

The amount charged at checkout is a planning fee — paid in exchange for our editors' time in researching, curating and drafting your dossier. It is not a deposit against future travel, and it is not held on behalf of any third-party supplier. Fees are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) and processed by our authorised payment partner.

4. Bookings and third parties

Any hotel, residence, restaurant, transport, experience or event referenced in a dossier is operated by an independent third party. The traveller is solely responsible for executing (and paying for) any such booking with the third-party supplier directly, or via a travel manager of their choosing. Elitore accepts no liability for the acts, omissions, cancellations, pricing or availability of any third party.

5. Turnaround

Dossiers are prepared by a human editor and are typically delivered within 24 to 48 hours of a completed brief and cleared payment. During peak seasons or for complex itineraries, this window may extend, in which case we will notify you.

6. Traveller responsibilities

You are responsible for supplying accurate information in your brief, for holding valid travel documents (passport, visa, insurance, health requirements), and for reviewing any dossier before proceeding to book. The dossier is a recommendation — not a contract of travel.

7. Intellectual property

All copy, editorial content, photography selection, JSON dossier structure and PDF layout produced by Elitore remain the intellectual property of UNC Collective. Your dossier is for personal, non-commercial use only.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Elitore's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount of the planning fee paid by the traveller for the specific dossier in question.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the city where UNC Collective is registered.

10. Contact
