1. Who is the data controller
The data controller is UNC Collective, the Indian entity that operates Elitore. We treat your personal information with the same discretion we would expect ourselves.
2. What we collect
- Your name and email address, from your Google sign-in.
- Your travel brief — destination, purpose, atmosphere, budget band, and free-text notes.
- Your payment reference from our payment partner (we do not store card numbers).
- Basic technical information (IP address, browser, device) via standard server logs.
3. How we use it
- To prepare and deliver your travel dossier by email and PDF.
- To let you sign back in and view your past dossiers.
- To improve the editorial quality of future dossiers (in aggregate, anonymised form).
4. Who we share it with
We share the minimum data required with the following processors, each bound by their own published policies:
- Google — for sign-in only.
- Razorpay — to process your planning fee.
- Resend — to deliver your dossier email.
- MongoDB Atlas — to store your brief and dossier record.
- Anthropic (via Emergent LLM key) — to assist our editors in drafting dossiers. Personally-identifying fields are redacted before prompting.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with any third-party hotel, airline, tour operator or advertiser.
5. How long we keep it
Your account and dossiers are retained for as long as your account remains active. You may request deletion at any time by writing to us; we will delete within 30 days, subject to any statutory record-keeping obligations (e.g. tax invoices).
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, port and delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@clubelitore.com.
7. Cookies
We use only essential cookies required to keep you signed in and remember your currency preference. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
